 Week 10 This week's material is about an every day quote poster which is a combination of IVN and DPI. Process Since my quote of choice is "Connect With Your Soul" i type the word "Connect" using Futura STD font and expand it as an object and change the outline stroke into a brush, using the smoky brush i got from a website and apply Diffuse Glow effect to make it seem holy and i did the same with "With Your". For the word "Soul" i did the same technique as above, the only difference is that i only activate the outline stroke and change it into the smoke brush and add diffuse glow as effect.  This week's online class is about the teacher giving us tutorial on how to use After Effects, this software is mainly about VFX, Motion Graphics, etc. Process So i first started the project by importing the .psd file given by the teacher to my After Effect software and make it as editable layers After inserting the files to the workspace, i began making the animation on the circles first by using only rotation for the first circle (top), adjusting the rotation value using keyframes and make the first keyframe value 0 and the second keyframe value to 1 (or 360). I did the same for the second circle (bottom) but this time i played with the scale as well Doing the same with the other pictures, i highlighted the keyframe and easy ease it by pressing F9 and play around with the graph until im satisfied with the result. This week is another online class Although, the teacher did gave us some more insight regarding the task that were given to us in the previous week. We were asked to make a poster with the theme being "Quote of the Day" where we would find some positive quotes and turn them into posters. Beginning  The quote that i have chosen is "Connect with your Soul" essentially, it means to let go of anything that is holding you back from the past and move on. Sketch / Idea My idea here is to have my model person to stand in front of a mirror while touching the mirror with his/her hands or fingertips and the reflection of the mirror is emitting some sort of mist like smoke.  This week we do not have any class because it is independent learning week.
