Feedbacks
Week 14: I asked the lecturer to take a look at my slides and she told me to fix up some words and add some more detail to the slides
Week 13: The lecturer gave a detailed and thorough feedback, starting from changing how i compiled the analysis results of my interviews, some suggestions for my wording, and told me to keep the interviewees information anonymous.
Week 12: The lecturer was not happy from the fact that i was absent from the meetings for the past 4 weeks but she still give me a detailed feedback and gave me a suggestion that made my report easier which is to change my data collection from a survey to an interview instead as it was easier and more effective for my topic.
Week 11: The lecturer told me that i did a good job on my task 1 and 2 and told me to do task 3 immediately as i was a bit behind from everyone else.
Week 7-10: i did not attend as i was sick and i applied for leave (some didn't get approved because the module leader said it's invalid)
Reflections
Experience
Through the 14 weeks of attending this module, it has been nothing but a bumpy road for me and the cause of that is many and one of them being the lecturer didn't really give an effective feedback and that causes not only me but my friends and others to either drop the module or just not attending altogether but there was a turning point, after some students complaining about this issue the lecturer had changed and all i can say that it is much better than before, i feel refreshed and not afraid anymore to attend the meetings since the lecturer actually give out useful feedbacks and made me feel motivated again to do the tasks.
Observations
One of the things that got me through this module is to see other people's work (obviously not copy paste it) for inspirations and reference on how to do this report, how to collect data, how to compile it and overall how to structurize the final analysis reports and of course with some of the help from the lecturer's feedback as well.
Findings
This module taught me some deeper knowledge regarding the importance of User Experience, that we have to prioritize their willingness to stay at the designated project / website and in my case which is the use of advertisements that often times appear out of thin air whenever the user clicked on something in the website as it is seen as interrupting and annoying not only that, it also persuades the user to leave the website immediately.
