Lectures

On our first class the lecturer gave us a brief explanation about our subject, he gave us a power point slide and asked us to download a file containing bits of clips of a mouth refreshment candy advertisement and put it together in Adobe Premiere pro

The first one we had it easy since the clips have their own corresponding numbers.

The second one is about a Doritos commercial, this one is a bit tricky because we have to watch each of the clips and put it together since the numbers on the clips don't match with the actual order.

Exercise 1

So for the first one, the lecturer asked us to shoot some videos according to the different shots that the teacher showed us and put them together in Adobe Premiere Pro then upload it to YouTube and post it in our blog.

After me and my friends did some video shoots, i put them together in my editing software, add in some captions and post it on YouTube.

Exercise 2

For this exercise we were tasked to make a short VFX about a jumping flick thing with after effects 

Process work

So first i organize the footage by renaming them accordingly and mask the girl above using roto brush.

Then i use Linear Color Key to remove the blue background and use mask tool to cut off the excess space on the left.

Lastly i put everything together and then align them with each other using position and scale .
