Week 1
No class for this week but the teacher gave us a link containing videos, websites and study cases.

Week 3
On today's week the teacher taught us a function called Pathfinder and told us to trace some logos.
Fig 2.1
Before this the teacher told us some character shapes, that there are 3 elements namely Circles, Squares and Triangles.
Fig 2.2
The first shape is circle which has a friendly, outgoing type of personality and is perfect for energetic characters and circle is also associated with words like cute, bubbly and innocence.
Fig 2.3
The second one is square which has a dependable and responsible personality and good for heroic characters and associated with words like strong, stable and balanced.
Fig 2.4
Last one is triangle which has the energy and power that may attract conflict and associated with purpose, law or hierarchy. Usually bad guys have these kind of shapes and based on dominant triangular concepts.

Week 2: Research, Reference, Sketch
This week we were given some vormator shapes by the teacher and asked to make some sort of character, so i started to search for some ideas on Pinterest.
So after i watched the latest sonic movie and saw Doctor Eggman's robot, i decided to make a robot like character and looked like Doctor Eggman himself. I also took some reference from an anime called Gundam.

Week 5: Sketch
This week is where i started doing my background and just make a simple cartoonish background
Fig 8.1 Sketch Background
After i sent my sketch to the teacher, he told me to take some inspiration from something called the Framed Ink.
Fig 8.3 Revised Sketch Background
After everything is done i put my works into a mood board
The colorization for the background is just some simple exploded city coloring
Fig 9.1 Digitization Background
After doing the color i went straight to putting the background as well as my character into a Pokemon card and add the description to it

REFLECTION
When the teacher first gives us this assignment i was a bit confused on how i was going to make this character and had no idea what i should make. Although i was already familiar with the software itself it will be hard for me to figure out on how to make a character but despite the hardships, i was able to overcome it with ease even if it's not the best on the market.
